This is a particularly unique and well-preserved piece distinguished by narrow intricate pattered geometric bands divided by tufts of fluffy wool in orange, black, red, and green. Gorgeous, vibrant colors that pop yet harmonize. Who would have thought mint green and orange could set each other off just so well? The geometric bands have just enough stylistic variation to keep the eye moving, and yet the composition is unified with sophisticated panache. The back is finely woven with red wool set off by narrow bands of orange and green. Excellent condition.
